We pride ourselves on an uncompromising pursuit of perfection. These terms are put in place to protect the artistic integrity of the designers, the warranty of original manufacturing brands, and the ultimate satisfaction of our clients.
Bespoke Authenticity
All products curated by Penthouse Livings are guaranteed 100% authentic and imported directly from the world's most prestigious design houses in Italy, Germany, and beyond. We do not deal in replicas or unverified reproductions.
Design Consultations
Consultations and space planning services are provided by our in-house architects and luxury designers. Project scope, proportions, materials, and custom layouts are agreed upon in writing before manufacturing begins.
White-Glove Installation
To maintain the integrity of premium systems, delivery and commissioning are performed exclusively by our certified white-glove installation teams. Self-assembly of customized systems voids all manufacturer warranties.
Proprietary Concepts
All spatial renders, custom layout schematics, and design solutions conceptualized by Penthouse Livings remain the intellectual property of the firm and may not be reproduced without explicit written consent.
